Subscription terms

Subscriptions and account access are not open yet. This page describes the planned service.

Three days free for eligible new subscribers, then US$29 per calendar month. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Your trial and renewal

The purchase confirmation shows your trial eligibility, price and billing period before you confirm. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid renewal. If a trial is unavailable, review the amount due before confirming your subscription.

Cancel or manage your subscription

Manage website purchases from Your account in PTI Coach. Manage Apple or Google purchases in the store where you subscribed. For a normal website cancellation, your account shows the scheduled end of the current trial or paid period. Apple and Google control their store cancellation dates; review the date and terms shown by your purchase provider. Account deletion follows the separate process below.

Use your account across devices

Use the same sign-in method on each device. Your account supports two admitted study devices and one simultaneous playback. A connection is needed to verify paid access and keep playback active. You can remove an old device from Your account when replacing it. Restore a purchase using the store account where you originally subscribed.

Practice alongside your instructor

PTI Coach gives you a base for Class A pre-trip practice. Follow your current state or school checklist and vehicle instructions. Your instructor can explain the details your testing location expects. Practice results are not a guarantee of passing the test.
