Delete your account
Request removal of your PTI Coach account and cloud study progress.
Request by email
You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. If you can’t send from your sign-in address, tell us how you sign in.

From the app, when account deletion is available
- Sign in and open Your account.
- Choose Delete my account. Complete the verification shown, then type DELETE and confirm.
- Keep the confirmation. Deletion ends account access and requests removal of your cloud study progress.
Manage store subscriptions separately
Deleting your PTI Coach account does not cancel Apple or Google renewals. Cancel them in the store where you subscribed. Existing PTI Coach web purchases must be confirmed closed before server account removal.
Your data
Account deletion covers your profile and cloud study progress. Some purchase, trial and deletion records may be retained for billing, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Copies already saved on another device cannot be erased remotely.
